Do you see why I won't buy from them?

Mistakes and errors can happen, we are human.

However, to ignore them is a choice...and it's a bad choice.

When your customer takes time out of their day to give you feedback, either positive or otherwise then acknowledge it.

If it is bad news, then thank them for letting you know and arrange to contact them to resolve the issue...it could be the difference between them, and others from never buying from you again or returning to buy more of your products and services.

If it is good news, then try to find out more about why the customer loved your product or service - and then make sure you keep doing those things!!
